When Sky and Clouds Remembered They Were One
~ an improvised poem by Amit & Be
I’m so excited to share this collaboration post/poem with Amit The Storyteller ✨
Together we created another improvised poem — taking turns to build the lines organically, one after the other. Amit opened the piece, and I added each successive line, weaving the poem together into a shared flow.
It was such a joy to create this together, and truly an honor to work with Amit.
I hope you enjoy the result as much as we enjoyed writing it, and that it brings you a moment of inspiration and reflection. 💫
Enjoy reading!

When Sky and Clouds Remembered They Were One
The sky called out, asking the clouds to change and find their own shore.
The blue had enough of the grey to cloud her view, no longer willing to dim her own horizon.
Then the clouds turned into droplets of water, flaunting their beauty and teasing the sky.
The sky was surprised by the light the droplets left behind, coloring myriad hues of miniature rainbow crystals as they fell—beauty revealed in their playful defiance.
All the beautiful colors of nature came together and touched the sky. Some through the rays of the sun, and others through the form of a rainbow.
The sky lingered in wonder, astonished at how even the greyest clouds could so effortlessly become something so magical.
And this magic kept growing touching every feeling, every fleeting moment of the season from the loud roars of the clouds to the lightning flashing across the sky.
The sky understood that the clouds were part of itself, part of life, no longer asking them to fly by.
And in this way, the sky and the clouds became one they began to appear as a single existence.
The clouds nestled into the sky’s embrace, surrendering themselves, turning from two into one and this beauty just kept growing endlessly!
The End.
